Sprinkle teaspoons of ground-up seeds mixture on top.  Served with 1-2 glasses of liver cleansing juice.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Fresh lemon juice:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 lemon&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 glass lukewarm filtered water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mixture of ground up seeds:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 tsp linseed&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tsp sunflower seed &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tsp almond&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;To save time, make seed mixture in bulk, just replace teaspoon with cup and store in a glass jar in the freezer for daily use.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Liver cleansing juice:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 carrots&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 stalks of celery&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sprigs of parsley &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h2&gt;Lunch:&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;p&gt;2-3 plain rice cakes or Ryvita crackers with avocado, tomato and mesclun salad mix.  Served with 1-2 glasses of detox juice.  For variety, replace avocado with homemade hummus.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Homemade hummus:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 can chickpeas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;juice of one lemon &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 tbsp olive oil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tbsp tahini&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 tbsp filtered water&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mix all ingredients in a blender until they resemble a paste.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Detox juice:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 apple&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 carrots&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 beetroot&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;big handful of black/purple grapes&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;small bunch of watercress&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1-2 sprigs of parsley&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1-2 feathers of fennel&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;h2&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;h2&gt;Dinner &lt;/h2&gt;&lt;p&gt;Brown rice with scrambled tofu and egg, served with ranchslaw salad and a glass of spirulina juice.  Followed by a slice of mixed fruit and veggie pulp cake for dessert!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Scrambled tofu and egg:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 cube soft tofu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1-2 eggs&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tsp curry powder&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;dash of non-spiced light soysauce &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Beat the egg(s) and mash the tofu in.  Mix in the rest of the  ingredients and scramble in a non-steak fry pan.  Spray a little olive oil and stir right before serving.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sprulina juice:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 carrot&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 apple&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;handful of black/purple grapes&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;small piece of fresh root ginger&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; 1 tsp spirulina powder&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mixed fruit &amp;amp; veggie pulp cake:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup self raising flour&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 tsp cinnamon&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 tsp nutmeg&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 cup raw sugar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 eggs&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 tbsp rice brand oil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup mixed fruit and veggie pulp from juicing &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup chopped walnuts&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Preheat oven to 180*C.  Mix all ingredients thoroughly before folding in mix fruit and veggie pulp and walnuts.  Grease and line a cake tin.
